HOW TO ORDER FROM TYRE BLITZ

Please follow these steps to complete your tyre purchase:

Select the tyres you wish to purchase, ensuring they match the size of your current vehicle tyres and are consistent with the specifications on your tyre placard or car manual.
Click CART ICON and select VIEW CART. You can then choose to have the tyres fitted by a local fitter. Enter your postcode for locations, below the map you will see the location, fitting charges and services offered by that fitter.
Select the fitting location where you would like the tyres fitted. Then click SELECT TYRE FITTER to add the fitting service to your cart. Then click PROCEED TO CHECKOUT.
If you don’t require fitting and would like the tyres freighted to your address, please click PROCEED TO CHECKOUT at the Cart page.
Tyre pick up option is no longer offered.
At the Checkout page, enter your details, this will provide you with a freight quote. (Note: Residential addresses attract a surcharge compared to a commercial addresses). While we do offer free delivery on a large selection of tyres to most major city metro tyre fitters, some locations especially outside of metro areas may attract a freight charge. This will be shown at the Checkout page.
Enter your card details and click PLACE ORDER to complete the transaction.
If the payment succeeds, you will receive an automated ORDER CONFIRMATION email. Please double check you have ordered the correct tyres. If you find any discrepancies, please email us ASAP.
If you selected fitting service, your tyres will be sent to your selected fitter. They will contact you to arrange a fitting time when the tyres arrive. You pay the fitter directly for the fitting service and any other work you require. Fitting costs will be the same as shown on the Tyre Blitz website. If you selected delivery to your location, you will receive an email with tracking details once the consignment has been dispatched. If you selected pickup, you will receive an email with the pickup location when the tyres are ready for collection.
After your order is finalised, you will be emailed a tax invoice.

WHAT TYPE OF VEHICLES CAN WE FIT?

We can generally fit any vehicle up to 4 tonnes. This includes sedans, 4WDs, trailers, motorhomes, and light trucks. If you’re unsure whether your vehicle is eligible, please contact us to confirm.

Please note: In some circumstances, heavy vehicles may attract a surcharge due to the complexity and specialist equipment required for the fitting.

We have partnered with a growing network of tyre fitters, who you pay directly for the fitting. Unlike other online tyre retailers, we don’t take payment or make any financial gain from fitting charges. This ensures 100% of the fitting fee is retained by the fitter.

WHEN WILL MY TYRES BE DISPATCHED?

If the tyres are in stock at your local warehouse, they are generally dispatched within 24–48 hours (excluding weekends). In some instances, where your tyres are located at a warehouse in another capital city, they will be transferred to your local warehouse before being dispatched. This process can take 1–7 days, depending on your location. All efforts are made to ensure you receive your tyres in a timely manner. Unfortunately, occasional transport delays may occur. In such cases, we will keep you updated on the status of your order.

WHY IS TYRE BLITZ SO MUCH CHEAPER COMPARED TO BIG TYRE CHAINS?

As an online-only retailer, we’re able to keep our overhead costs low, allowing us to pass those savings directly on to you. Combine that with our team constantly searching for the best deals from our suppliers, we’re able to offer some of the sharpest prices available across Australia.

I DON’T REQUIRE FITTING. CAN YOU FREIGHT THE TYRES TO MY ADDRESS?

Yes, we offer nationwide freight distribution. Simply select your tyres and proceed to checkout. Enter your delivery address, and a freight price will be calculated automatically. If you’re looking to purchase a large quantity of tyres, we can offer alternative freight options, please contact us to discuss.

IS TYRE BLITZ AN AUSTRALIAN COMPANY?

Yes, Tyre Blitz is 100% Australian owned and operated. Wherever possible, we use Australian companies in all aspects of our business—from web development to freight distribution. This helps support local jobs and the economy.

I HAVE ORDERED THE INCORRECT TYRES, WHAT SHOULD I DO NEXT?

If you’ve ordered the incorrect tyres, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we can easily rectify the mistake. If you’ve already received the order and noticed the error, we can still offer a refund, provided the tyres have not been fitted to the vehicle.
Please Note: a return freight charge will apply, which will be calculated on a case-by-case basis. Contact us to discuss your options.

CAN TYRE BLITZ FIT TYRES AT MY HOME?

Yes, Tyre Blitz has a growing network of mobile fitters. Our mobile fitters are equipped with the latest tyre fitting and balancing machines, just like those found in traditional brick-and-mortar stores. The only service they cannot offer is wheel alignments.

I FEEL OVERWHELMED AND DON’T WANT TO ORDER THE INCORRECT TYRES. CAN YOU HELP WITH THE PROCESS?

Yes, we understand that buying tyres can be overwhelming and financially significant, especially with the number of brands and pricing options available. We’re always here to guide you through the process. A simple way to get started is to send us a photo of both your front and rear tyres, clearly showing the entire tyre in each image, along with the make, model, and year of your vehicle. We’ll then email you back with our suggested options and help you through the fitting process.

HOW CAN I FIND THE CORRECT TYRE SIZE?

Your tyre size is usually located on the sidewall of your current tyres and is displayed in a format like 225/45R17. You can also check your vehicle’s owner’s manual. Refer to this guide for more info.
